Lisa Vanderpump Reveals That Kyle and Kim Richards Have Reconciled After Falling Out: "They Seemed Happy"

USmagazine.com:
The inside scoop! Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump tells Us Weekly that sisters Kim and Kyle Richards have reconciled following their very public falling out on the Bravo hit show and Kim's subsequent arrest and rehab stint this year.

"I saw [Kim] just the other day," Vanderpump tells Us at the EVINE Live celebration held on Tuesday, Sept. 29, at the reality star's famed Villa Blanca in Beverly Hills. "She’s doing very well and she looks healthy and happy so that’s good. That’s more important than anything, any reality show, so I was happy to see her, doing well on her birthday."

In fact, the Race to Witch Mountain actress celebrated her 51st birthday with her estranged sister, Kyle, whom she feuded with on the last season of RHOBH. "I just think that when there’s something like she has been through -- struggle -- you’ve got to put everything behind you," Vanderpump says of the sisterly spat.
In April, Kim was arrested on charges of public intoxication, battery, and resisting arrest after creating a ruckus inside the famed Beverly Hills Hotel. The former child actress subsequently checked into rehab in June. However, her problems continued well into the summer, when she was arrested in August for shoplifting from a local Target store.

"The most important thing is her sobriety and I’m glad that she has achieved that," says Vanderpump, 55, who debuted her faux fur throws at the party on Tuesday. "She has really kind of committed to that. And I think, what can we do? Nothing but support her. And hope the best for her in the future."
For now, it appears that Kim and and her younger sister, Kyle, 46, have made amends. "I’m sure it’s a complex relationship, but they seemed happy," Vanderpump tells Us. "It was her birthday so that’s a really positive step in the right direction."

Us Weekly also confirmed this past summer that Kim would not be returning to the franchise, nor would her pal Brandi Glanville. But fear not, according to Vanderpump, there will be some drama in Season 6.
"There’s always stories," she notes to Us. "I think the most intriguing thing is always about the personal journey of each individual woman and how you come together and how you have differences of opinions and I think that always happens. I mean, are we rolling around on the floor pulling each other’s hair out? No we’re not but that’s not the lives...I think we’ve got to be true to ourselves but it has been…yeah there have been some very intense kind of situations and moments, for sure."

Vanderpump's personal journey includes her latest passion project. "It’s just very exciting for me, because I’ve had a chance to really kind of design and create different things," she tells Us. "The challenge is making it affordable and then they come into my house and go, 'Do you want to do a home collection?' And I’m like, 'Yes, I want to do bedding, I want to do faux furs.' These [new] fur blankets are designed in France, they’re really plush and really gorgeous quality but the challenge is always making it affordable so I’ve been very involved in it and I’ve had a great time doing it."
