Cynthia Bailey's Husband Peter Thomas’ Bar One Evicted From Second Atlanta Location

Wetpaint.com:
The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Peter Thomas’ lousy summer reportedly just got a whole lot worse.

RadarOnline is reporting Peter’s restaurant, Bar One, has been evicted from its second space since 2014. The site has obtained legal documents stating Cynthia Bailey’s husband owes $1,869 in back rent and fees on the Auburn Avenue property, which was never even able to open its doors to the public. Yikes!

More specifically, the owner of the Auburn Avenue building is demanding Peter pay $1,500 for the June rent, $250 in late fees and another $119 to cover the court filing fee.

This latest setback comes about a year and a half after Bar One was evicted from its original home in a different section of Atlanta via a $100,000 lawsuit which claimed Peter “breached a lease agreement by failing to pay rent and other fees including late fees, bank charges, real estate property taxes and unpaid utilities.” That lawsuit not only impacted Bar One, but also affected property used for The Bailey Agency, Cynthia’s modeling and fashion school.

As far as we know, Peter’s Sports One Charlotte is still thriving, but if this latest eviction is really happening it doesn’t bode well for Peter.

Earlier this summer, Peter was in hot water with his wife after video footage of him cozying up to another woman surfaced online. At the time Cynthia said, “My marriage is not perfect. We’re going to deal with this issue as husband and wife.”

Thankfully Cynthia’s expanding her successful line of sunglasses to include handbags, so if Peter does owe some money it should be a cinch to pay off!
